Mylène Ouellet-LeBlanc Appointed Director of Operations for the Chaleur Lightning

The Chaleur Lightning is proud to announce the appointment of Mylène Ouellet-LeBlanc as Director of Operations ahead of the team’s inaugural season in the Maritime Junior Hockey League (MHL), set to begin in the fall of 2025.

A native of the region and widely recognized for her community involvement, Mylène Ouellet-LeBlanc brings a wealth of experience in project management and strategic development, built over more than 15 years of leadership across the nonprofit, business, and sports sectors. She has held executive roles and has actively contributed to several local boards of directors. A passionate sports enthusiast, she has also been involved in minor hockey, strengthening her deep connection with youth, families, and partners throughout the region.

Ms. Ouellet-LeBlanc’s appointment reflects the Chaleur Lightning’s commitment to building an organization deeply rooted in the community and promoting the Chaleur region far beyond the rink. The club’s mission is to foster a strong sense of belonging and to provide fans with an inclusive and meaningful experience.
